Shipping Policy

At My Vaikunth, we handle every order with the same care and respect we bring to the products themselves — many of our items are sacred, fragile, or handmade, and we package and ship them accordingly.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Processing includes quality checks, careful packaging (especially for idols, brassware, and other fragile items), and handover to our courier partner.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities & major towns: closer to 3-4 days
  • Remote or rural areas: may take up to 7 days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

All orders are placed through secure prepaid payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Given the delicate nature of many of our products, we take extra care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn’t arrive within the expected window, please reach out to us at info@myvaikunth.com or +91 93513 64359 within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date), along with photos of the package and product where applicable, and we’ll help resolve it promptly.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate shipments depending on product availability and packaging requirements — you’ll be notified if your order is split.
