Refund Policy

At My Vaikunth, every product is chosen and packaged with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it easy to resolve.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

We currently accept returns and refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size/variant delivered). Since many of our products are sacred, handcrafted, or personally consecrated for use, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (change of mind, “didn’t like it,” etc.) at this time.

Reporting Window

Please report any issue with your order within 3-7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

How to Raise a Request

Email us at info@myvaikunth.com or call +91 93513 64359 with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including the packaging, if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

Resolution

Once your request is verified, we’ll offer one of the following, at our discretion or your preference where possible:

  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
  • Refund to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (unless received damaged or defective)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above upon delivery.
